- ParterreThe ground floor and closest to the stage. It's the only level without stairs, and where the wheelchair spaces are.
- Dress CircleIf you suffer from vertigo, the theatre suggests the Dress Circle or the stalls over the higher levels and boxes.
- Grand & Upper CircleThe Upper Circle is the top floor, furthest from the stage.
- BoxesBookable for most shows, online or at the box office, though availability per performance is limited.

- LuasSt Stephen's Green on the Green Line, a two-minute walk.
- DARTPearse or Tara Street, both about ten minutes' walk.

Accessibility
- There's no lift. If stairs are hard, book the Parterre.
- A ramp at a door beside the main South King Street entrance leads into the Parterre.
- Up to four wheelchair spaces per show, all in the Parterre, each with a free carer seat.
- The induction loop works best on either side of the Parterre towards the front, rows A to M. Accessible toilets are on the Parterre level.
